The manufacturers referral program was instituted this year through a joint effort with Taylor Construction Company and America's leading manufacturers of home improvement products. In a national meeting between these groups, it was determined that in order for both sectors to grow incrementally in 2010, they would need to find more qualified homeowners looking for reputable contractors that could provide quality products installed professionally at a reasonable price.

Conventional forms of advertising such as television, newspapers and direct mail have become so expensive that the coalition of manufacturers and Taylor Construction could no longer pass these expenses on to the consumer in the form of higher prices. It was also determined that the best form of advertising was one satisfied customer referring his friends or relatives to a company that they trusted and were very happy with the total experience that they had with them.

The manufacturers referral program was born out of these conclusions. Rather than these companies spending millions of dollars a year in conventional advertising in television and print, let's pool our money into a valuable customer based program to reward our past, present, and future customers with cash payments for their assistance in spreading the word about our company to others — building our business one satisfied customer at a time.

We feel that the benefit for the customer is threefold. First of all, we are dedicated to providing the best products, installation, and service to our customers. If they are not 100% satisfied, then they will not refer anyone. Only 100% satisfaction in all aspects of the home improvement experience will be tolerated. Secondly, providing cash rewards for qualified referrals gives our customers the chance to help pay for their own projects or use the money as they see fit. It is like installing an ATM machine on your front lawn. Thirdly, and most importantly, our customers receive a lifetime of previous customer discounts on all future home improvement projects — all of this just for helping us build our business.

Participation is easy: simply fill out the contact us form and hit submit. Names will be kept in your personal referral vault and will be handled by your personal customer representatve who will call you upon receipt of this information. They will be your contact for referrals, service, or future products. They will also be responsible for sending your referral checks to you when qualifying sales are made.
