Taylor Construction's goal is to secure financing for our clients. Our lenders fund over $3 million dollars in loans every year. This enables our underwriters to be a bit more flexible than an individual bank. Taylor Construction's lenders provide very competitive rates in a timely manner (individual banks are limited to few programs and terms).

Our lenders allow us the flexibility to provide superior personal service while obtaining your loan. Each client has different credit histories which we analyze, interpret and review with our underwriters to design a personalized loan for each client that requires financing.

Convenience is key since your time is extremely valuable and is a limited commodity. We handle our unsecured loans through the mail and arrange any secured loans or mortgages to be closed in your home at your leisure.
